About Me

LS: I'm a cyclist attempting to qualify for Paralympics. Follow along. Beware of profanity. *I had Guillain Barre Syndrome when I was two years old, which left me with partial to full paralysis in my lower limbs. I have no idea why I chose to compete in a sport that utilizes the one part of my body that does not work well. I'm also nuts. But that has nothing to with my physical disability. Just my natural state.* Other things you might read about on this blog: * Notre Dame - I went to Notre Dame. Fall means football, for better or for worse. Lately a lot more for the worse. * Education - I was an elementary school teacher for six years and now I work in education statistics. Every once in a while, a rant will pop up here. * Mr. Grumpy Pants - my pet hedge hog.
